Partnership for Healthy Youth (PHY) is a network of people passionate about the development of healthy youth, families and communities. By gathering local data and assessing the activities and needs of area youth, PHY responds through a strategic prevention model of planning, programming and sharing community resources. PHY is governed by local community leaders in the fields of health, education, human services, business, faith communities, local government, law enforcement and representation by our senior population, parents and youth leaders.
